The nature of rings and bangles can make them a tricky one to get right in size especially when gifting to a friend or family member.
I always recommended if completely unsure go a size larger, as its a lot smoother process and less costly to adjust a size to be made smaller rather than larger.
If you wish to return an item purchased online for an exchange or to have the size adjusted please email me at [email protected] within 28 days of your item being purchased , with a note outlining what you would like to have completed. I will then able provide a quote for the work involved.
If returning an item I recommend using a tracked service for example royal mail tracked 24 or 48.
All items are posted back out using royal mail tracked 48 at a charge of 2.70 plus any addtional fees that have been confirmed for making any required adjustments. If you are having a compelte exhange no fee is charged only the return delivery. Once your returned items have been received my end, a payment link will be sent to you to cover return poastge and any fees discussed above.
Please note any items purcased at a market can only be exhanged . No cash refunds or gift vouchers are given for market day purchases.
